I am now only taking online bookings for all my regular classes (one to ones and private small groups still contact me to arrange). If you wish to attend a class please click on the BOOK NOW button below and you will be directed to bookwhen.com where you will be presented with a schedule of classes to chose from. Just simply click on the class/ classes you wish to reserve and to secure your reservation payment can be made via Paypal.

Once payment has gone through, you will receive a booking confirmation from bookwhen , I will be notified and your space is booked.

Please note bookings are non refundable and non transferable once they have been made.

Wednesday Evenings 7.30 to 9pm
One to ones and small group bookings available on request

Spaces for the Monday and Wednesday classes are limited so early booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment. However please note that if these classes do fill up, then I will be offering a Tuesday evening class at 7:30 PM to take the overflow from these fully booked classes and this will appear on the booking schedule when you link through if the Monday and Wednesday classes are both full.

Kundalini yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or ability and is about more than just physical exercise - it is about feeling wonderful and having fun!

So please come along and join us.

You just need to wear loose comfortable clothing, and not to have had  meal for at least 2 hours prior to a class. Do not come to a class under the influence of any drug (including alcohol) which may compromise your judgement and safety.

If you have any medical conditions known to you that you feel you should consult your doctor about before attempting any form of exercise, please do so before attending a class. Also, please let me know if you have any medical conditions, are on any medical treatment / medications or have been in the past or have had any relevant conditions, operations or treatment for anything that I need to know about for your safety and comfort in respect of yoga.

These classes are not suitable for pregnant women.
